How To Stay Grounded in America’s Chaos”

It is abundantly clear that our world and the “human race” have not only lost our way, but we have lost our ability to think and use our minds. Since covid we have become so consumed by media that we would rather become divided by things like politics and belief systems, which actually hold no real relevance when it comes to true connection. I know I am probably sound like I am going against everything I have written in the past but hear me out. Growing up in America as great. In 47 years, I have done so much and have never left this country and I have only been to a handful of states. I have stories to tell my kids and with those stories are lessons in life. I recently discovered that the things that have happened in my life are all relevant to the journey. The life I lived has made me realize, there is so much to be thankful for right now, in this moment. Even siting here on this sofa in this room writing this article. Even though I am not sure how this month’s rent and bills will be paid, I still have a moral concept that knows I have a multitude of opportunities here in America that allows me to explore my options. America was once the greatest place to be. And it still can be. But not without THE PEOPLE UNIFYING. And when I say unify, I don’t mean uniform or the same by dictating our belief systems or lifestyles to mirror one side. I mean united in our differences.

LET’S TALK FACTS

America declared war in 1942 which was known as World War II. However, the most recent war fought on actual American soil was the Civil war which ended in 1865. Now, my question is this, how many of us were even alive during 1865? Obviously! NONE OF US!!! So, the truth is, unless you grew up in a communist’s country or lived or fought in Korea, Veatnam, Afghanistan, or Iraq, (which has been bombing shit in the later 1900’s) You are basically clueless about war and what it actually looks like. In fact, many of us who went to school here in America never learned about these wars unless our parents talked about them and told us stories. The things I remember reading about in school were stories about the British war, Christopher Columbus discovering America, and oh yes, let’s not forget Black history month, where we watched movies that divided the white kids from the black kids and caused riots and gag fights. Ok, so what is my point, right? Like, girl get to the point!!!

Okay, here is my point. NOTHING HAS FUCKING CHANGED SINCE THE BEGINING OF TIME. Governments take over, religious leaders keep us in line, and the only things we have to fight against is ourselves. When in fact we are all victims of this scrutiny. We have all been hurt by our cultural and religious differences at some point. When does it end? WE “THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD” need to come to together and fight for something that is greater. And that can only happen with CHANGE! No, I am sorry, but I am not talking about AI, technology, and robots taking over because humans have been unreliable with their feelings and greed. HERE’S A FACT CHECK “Who taught us to be greedy? GOVERNMENT, RELIGION and MEDIA! Who is media? Technology! Take these three groups away, and what do we have? Humans, being humans. Eating, drinking, building, creating, and yes THINKING WITH THEIR OWN MINDS. It’s a world without any dictatorship.

THE FREE WORLD VS DICTATORSHIP

A world without dictatorship sounds amazing, but what does that really look like? Okay, now we have to use our common sense here boys and girls! A world with no rules is a very corrupt world. WHY? Simple, “because one bad apple spoils the whole bunch”. It is very unfortunate, but it’s the TRUTH. Children need guidance and adults need rules. Just look at our world today! While Mr. Joe Biden sleeps America as we knew it lost its shit! Literally! We’ve lost land, morals and values. Years of Monuments GONE! Feel free to correct me if my research is wrong, but since 2020 (since Bidens have been in office) we have lost 84 monuments. According to the southern poverty law center, 168 Confederate symbols—including statues, institution names and plaques—were taken down in 2020. And reporters say this all started when George Floyed was murdered by a police officer. So one man’s death killed the entire society in one night. The human race as we know it has ended because it wasn’t about HUMAN RIGHTS anymore. It became about one man’s skin color. Protesting peacefully for “Black lives”, it became all about BLM, defunding the police and encouraging violence. Again, feel free to correct me if you think I am wrong, but you better come back with some facts. Meanwhile, all this happened while our lovely PRESIDENT BIDEN AND VP HARRIS were sleeping and Bidens son was committing crimes!!! This is what happens when we live with a NO RULE GOVERNMENT! Freedom to the core equals corruption taking over. Is this what a free country looks like to you? Is this what the American people want for our “UNITED COUNTRY”? I am sorry I am just confused. Free of what? All moral values and respect? How do we accept celebrating 30 days of LGBTQ++++ Month plus, LGBTQ history month in September. In March we had Transgender week. But these people are free to rip down years of history with people who fought for so these people can live in this country. I’m applaud. the truth is I personally don’t give a shit what you want to say your gender is, the hard truth is there is only 2 genders. But there are multiple cultures and multiple religions and multiples belief systems. And the truth is based on facts! This that are actual and true. Not make believe or fantasy.

TRUTH IS FACT! AND THE FACT IS THIS…

Not everyone is going to like your ideologies. Not everyone is going to see things through you Lense. Not everyone is going to like my ideologies or see through my Lense, and it’s okay. But to stand in America and say you want a free country, but then go and push your ideologies (real or fantasy) onto others is NOT AMERICAN AT ALL!!! The faster we realize the truth we each see comes from the life we’ve lived and continue to live. Freedom was in fact given by GOD (free will) and no one person. Freedom means you have the right to choose whatever the hell you want for YOU AND YOUR LIFE AND ONLY YOUR LIFE. Free will is distorted when people are not happy with their free will/AKA their own decision making. They’ve made their own life, a life of misery, and misery loves company. So, what do we have? Miserable people cause havoc with lies and manipulation to get others to join in on their ideologies. They need justification for their ideologies. And so every time you make excuses for these people you become a group and then you name your group based on your ideas. Like BLM and LGBTQ++ to name a few. So, you see, the real issues that occur in life, happen when these groups realize their ideologies are coming from a false narrative and no matter how many followers they gain, they’re still unhappy and miserable because it is outside of what was meant to be GODS WILL For each and every one of us to choose for ourselves.

IN CONSLUSION

So, the moral of the story is this, our world has been corrupted since the beginning of time. It started with Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden. The story says there were two people in a perfect world, but they still allowed corruption into their lives. We are all born into a world we didn’t choose, into a family we didn’t choose, and yet we are still given a mind that allows us to know we have choices to make. The kicker is that those choices have consequences we have to live with. We can’t spend our lives blaming others. Pointing the finger at our founding fathers or the government or even media. Because we each have a choice. We can choose to turn off the screens. We can choose to speak up or remain silence. Women can take the intuitive to learn how to defend themselves or continue to be victims. But the TRUTH/FACT is we each have the freedom to choose what we stand for and what we won’t stand for. Anyone can tell you not to wake up and go to work but you have a choice.

We are all flawed humans. We should all live in a way that is mindful of our differences. No one person is perfect by themselves, but joined together we can create perfection. A blind man can travel with just a stick, but wouldn’t he be safer in the jungle if he was with a man who could see? And what if a 3rd man joined them that was trained to tame lions and bears? Wouldn’t they be able to travel further? I know some of you may not believe in a God or a Supreme being so maybe you don’t believe that we have a piece a of perfection because perfection created all of us. But just take a beat to look up and look around sometime. All those buildings you see, the Restaurants you eat in, the hotels you stay in, the vacations to beautiful places, the cars you drive; these places and things were not built by one man, but by many men putting their skills and talents together. Do you think they were worried about their sexual preferences or their political stance? NO! They understood one thing. Perfection created us so together we can create perfection. We just have to CHOOSE! Choose to get past our differences and discover our strengths and weaknesses. Without judging each other’s. Knowing there will always be someone else out there to strengthen our weakest areas, is what should give us hope for better results and a better future. Not just for ourselves, but for all of us. Even in a corrupt world, we can create peace- starting within ourselves. When we choose unity over divisions, mindfulness over judgment, and compassion over fear, we become grounded no matter what’s happening around us. The only way forward is not through more noise, but trhough inner strength and collective harmony. Thats how we thrive-even in a broken world.

WHAT DOES FEAR OF THE LORD ACTUALLY MEAN?

“When the people He created start planting good seeds, a harvest of fresh fruit will grow. But those that produce bad seeds, will harvest weeds that will overflow and never produce any fruit.”

Well, can I start by saying Fear of the Lord sure doesn’t mean the Wrath of God is going to come upon you for being human. But it does mean you may want to be mindful of the seeds you’re planting in your life, and in others. I am so tired of “Churchy people” giving false messages and speaking Jesus’s name at the center of fear! God should be at the center of all you do, YES! But God is LOVE! NOT FEAR. Let me make that very clear!

Now, to add to that statement, let me just say, YES, there is a certain way God wants us to live our life. But some people make this so mystical that the average person never feels worthy to take the journey. In fact, salvation is the reason Jesus came to earth. So that, you, me, and EVERYONE may have an opportunity for salvation in this life. Let me give you the definition of salvation since so called “Jesus followers” will try to manipulate this…

“Let those who have ears, Hear.”

WHAT IS SALVATION?

Definition #1 Preservation or deliverance from harm, ruin, or loss.
Definition #2 A source or means of being saved from harm, ruin, or loss.

This is where freaking church people really manipulate you. “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Their words are not encouraging, nor do they offer any long-term salvation. They keep you stuck in your mess, and you never actually move forward. The bible has a lot to say about our tongues being a sharp knife. You should read it sometime. Your tongue gives life or death to people and their situations. So, whatever comes out of your mouth better come from a fruitful and fulfilling place because you just might be destroying Gods plan for His creation.

Contrary to some beliefs, most of these so-called prophesying Jesus followers, are hostile, ignorant, and lack common sense, and enthusiasm for this life. WHICH GOD CREATED! So let me add this statement, harm, ruin, and loss look very different to each of us. (BASED ON THE BODY AND LIFE HE GAVE US) Everyone’s circumstances are different, and we were not created the same. There are no two people the same in this world. Not even twins are the same. But that is an entirely new topic we can save for another day.

Salvation is being delivered (saved, freed, unchained) from a life that is unfulfilling and stressful. When you are saved, you are introduced to a life with possibilities. Eventually, once you begin walking freely, you become unchained from the world’s expectations for your life. Did you hear what I said? “The worlds expectations for your life”. When you have been unchained from everyone else’s expectations, you will begin to choose the paths less traveled, and those paths offer abundance.

However, abundance also means something different to each of us. Jesus tells us that he sent an advocate to help us make better decisions. That advocate is the holy spirit. The Holy Spirit is our guided intuition. Here me when I say, your intuition holds the key to achieving the desires of your heart and your ego will try to distract you. The path you choose leads you to a life of abundance or a life of complete misery. The only way you discover the true desires of your heart, and live in abundance, is when we choose to release all the negative and bad stuff going on in this world and focus on the good things God has prepared for you.

I can prove it! Jesus gave Wisdom in a verse to help you live an abundant life. It goes something like this, “I came to this World, so that you may have life and live it more Abundantly.” Another verse says, “The thief comes only to steal, slaughter, and destroy.” Here is a simple question, what is destroying you? Or better yet, what brings joy to your heart? What does living more abundantly mean to you? The Lord also said, “Set your mind on things that are above, not on things that are on earth”. Meaning, set your mind on things that are heavenly (divine, delightful, lovely, etc.) This comes naturally once you DECIDE to listen to wisdom and develop the 9 fruits of the spirit.

Oh, what are the 9 fruits of the spirit, you ask?

Well, It’s “LOVE JOY PEACE PATIENCE KINDNESS GOODNESS GENTLENESS FAITHFULNESS AND SELF-CONTROL”

So how can we experience a life lived in abundance? Easy, by not bringing attention to the worldly things that destroy your personal spirit, but rather living a life that represents these 9 qualities in your spirit. How do we do that? Again, easy! By using the advocate. You will know it is coming from the Holy Spirit when your thoughts, desires and actions represent love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, and when you maintain self-control through it all. You produce good fruit by encouraging the broken hearted and keeping your heart on things above. It really is simple, it’s just not that easy to choose the narrow path. Or the path less traveled.

YOUR EGO KEEPS YOUR HEART CHAINED TO BITTERNESS

Proverbs 14:10 says “Each heart knows its own bitterness and no one else can share its joy.” Meaning, no one in this world can share the things that bring Joy to your heart, if your own ego keeps your heart chained to bitterness. It shows in your words and actions. What comes out of your heart pours out of your mouth and onto others. Stop being bitter, angry, hatful people. Stop regarding everything in this world as bad and negative. Stop reminding people of the bad shit going on! I am pretty sure we are all aware evil exists. God created this world, good and evil, and it all has purpose. People with bad attitudes make it ugly! People who have wisdom make it a time to grow and learn in the storms. Being curious and full of wonder is the only way to experience abundance.

There will always be bad things happening in this world, and every world beyond our little galaxy, because people have the free will to make choices. Can I also say you are not the only one struggling! Every soul experience difficult times. There will always be a season for learning, a season for growing, a season for laughter, a season for mourning, and a season to celebrate. There is a season for everything under the sun. If you don’t believe me, check out Ecclesiastes chapter 3. Do you think God makes mistakes? When the people He created start planting good seeds, a harvest of fresh fruit will grow. But those that produce bad seeds, will harvest weeds that will overflow and never produce any fruit. So, salvation is setting your thoughts on everything and anything that is GOOD…. To start over means to renew your mind so you can harvest good fruit.

Remember this…

What’s good for YOU is NOT good for the crew. I will get to the part where I tell you what fearing God really means,

but I must first tell you this…

AFTER SALVATION

So, after you decide to choose the path of salvation/recovery, (becoming new, changing your ways, etc.) you will have to make some new choices and decisions based on what “salvation” looks like to YOU (not to your neighbor, not your sister, not your brother, not your friends, not social media influencers, or anyone else, just YOU). What area of life do you need change? (Relational, financial, health, mental, is there an addiction you need to overcome? etc.) This is different for everyone no matter what religious people or churchy people say! Life comes in seasons and seasons change. And even though we walk this world together, we experience it differently because of the lens we look through.

A true follower of Christ knows they must shadow the footsteps that Jesus left behind. Did you ever see your shadow do something you didn’t do? Living by his teaching, guides a path that is pure and easy. He says his burden will be light. I promise you; life is light once you realize everything happens for you and not to you.

TOO MUCH INFORMATION CLOUDS OUR JUDGEMENT

Unfortunately, our paths get clouded by all the information given out today and it becomes clouded by all the opinions of other people. It’s not just our parents and teachers who influence our beliefs and ideology. No, it’s this entire world of people with different cultures and beliefs. Some of them with no filter and no moral values or respect toward others or their circumstances. Some people live with big egos and have the audacity to call it the holy spirit guiding them. So many people representing Jesus by screaming radical beliefs behind fear. This only creates more weeds in the wilderness, not fruit from the true vine.

Can I just say to those who are in a season of darkness right now, the holy spirit is not arrogant, selfish, fearful, or boastful. The chaos in this world is not created to harm you but to strengthen you. Jesus didn’t come here to get famous. He became famous because his teachings made people feel safe and helped people overcome their fears. His teachings were healing, they were encouraging, and they sent people off with a new outlook on their personal circumstances, and their future. It gave them hope in the midst of their storm, so they could keep going with faith that everything was going to be okay. He never shoved scripture, laws, or rules, down people’s throat. He shared good news about the kingdom of heaven and said, “whoever has ears let them hear”.

Salvation does not give permission for anyone to be a bully! So many people get saved and forget where they met Jesus. I apologize for their arrogance and ignorance.

Salvation is just making the choice to change the steps you take from the time you wake up in the morning, to the time you go to sleep at night. It’s not looking back on the people you hang with, the places you’ve been or the things you’ve done. Yes, those people and places impact you and they can have a positive or negative affect on your life. It means you must constantly forget all the harmful people, places and things in your life and leave them in the past where they belong. Let go and Let God! To have a renewing of the mind you must find new people, new places, and new things that bring nothing but joy to your heart and encourage the soul. Protecting your heart is the most important part of the journey. This has nothing to do with anyone else! This has nothing to do with what they think is true or not true! Your walk in this life is between you and God and that is it!!! Stop worrying what other people will think! Salvation is releasing the past and stepping into a new you! All those people with opinions, have no place in your future. The next step is where you discover Fear of the Lord. You will have to let go of all human beliefs so you can adapt to Gods plan. Which is the only way to abundance.

WHAT IS FEAR OF THE LORD

Proverbs 15:33 tells us “Fear of the Lord teaches Wisdom” It continues by saying “Humility precedes Honor.”

The bible is constantly telling us to get wisdom. This verse tells us that when we are afraid of the Lord, we learn wisdom. We are not scared of his wrath! We fear the consequences of our bad decision making because we know there will be consequences. We will always face consequences when we go back to our old ways or do something outside of what we know was right. It’s kind of common sense! You get these signs and wonders for your own life when you read the “Word” properly.

I personally Believe fearing the Lord means, we keep searching Him out in our own life. We get deep into the word and when we read it, we hear instructions on how we are supposed to walk in our own life. Please hear me when I say, we are not supposed to read the word so we can point the finger at everyone who lives outside our belief system. The word was not created for other people, it was created for you and your personal growth.

We should strive to become more like Jesus, so we can be less like our selves. Our “earthly being” is tainted by temptations and desires, and we need to learn self-control to overcome our urges and impulsive behaviors. Fear of the Lord means you know better, you strive to do better, and you become a better version of yourself every day. Again, not so you can point the finger at other people and have a big ego, but so you can grow in Christ.

You make the choice to forgive those who treat you badly, but you also protect yourself by not enabling them to continue to hurt you, but instead dismiss them from your life. Yes, there is a scripture on letting your enemy smack you across the face 7 times 7 times. I know! I have wrestled with this verse for years! Ugh, we really must discern (distinguish) between the people who are giving us constructive criticism (giving a healthy assessment and positive view on life), and those who are just wicked (giving an unhealthy perception and negative views of life). He doesn’t want you to burden yourself with people who benefit themselves at the cost of losing your own joy in spirit. That is evil and not good, and you need to eliminate all toxic people from your life.

Keep in mind, the places you hang around govern your thoughts. The things you think of will determine your actions. Be very careful and surround yourself in environments that keep your mind clean, genuine, authentic, and in absolute enthusiasm to learn. Be wise in your decision making. Where your flesh wonders your mind goes. So, keep your mind safe by walking in places that bring clarity and wonder.

THIS IS FEARING THE LORD

Fearing the Lord means making difficult decisions today because you know it will benefit your life tomorrow. You fear the Lord by making difficult decisions for his good and perfect will for your life and His Kingdom. Choosing Gods path is sometimes very difficult, but the burden is light because in the end, you will have peace, and your heart will be filled with joy. There will be no more pain and suffering. When you follow His teachings, you discover His Will for your life. Your faith becomes stronger in the storms of life because you’ve witnessed the miracles before. You are confident in knowing Him so you trust Him no matter what path you’re on.

To fear him is to love him so much that you want to do good by him. You make wiser choices because you want to please him by the way you live your life. It’s like a child who wants to make his/her parents proud. God doesn’t want you around certain people because they don’t bring you joy. He doesn’t want you going to certain places or doing certain things because it is more harmful than good for your life. “For the Lord knows the plans he has for you. To prosper you not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11). Maybe you are being asked to eliminate some people from your life this season. Maybe some people have some heart work to do on themselves before you can be around them again. Maybe you’re not strong enough in self-control to go to certain places. Maybe He has a better place for you to work or a better partner in life. Whatever it is God is asking you to do this season, listen to the still small voice inside you and do the thing. Even if you don’t see any results right away, God has a purpose and a season for everything under the sun. Allow the holy spirit to guide you. Remember, the Lord will give and take away for the good of his people.

He won’t just take your troubles away, heal you from illnesses, or change conditions and circumstances. He will take away things that are not serving you and give you the life He knows you are worthy of! The life he created you for. But you have to be willing to do the hard things. It’s easy to do the hard things when you fear him enough to trust that he knows what he is doing. Get wisdom, have self-control, and know that everything was created for his good and faithful servant. “The Lord works out everything to its proper end— even the wicked for a day of disaster.” (Proverbs 16) So, choose to humble yourself this year by being honest about your bad decision making in the past. Own your part! But then choose to have a renewing of the mind and make better choices moving forward.

Let go of your old ways and put on confidence in your new ways…

How to Embrace Your Journey and Live the Life YOU Want!

No one else can determine the kind of life you want for yourself, because we all experience life differently, and we are all unique in our own way. We each have gifts and talents, and those gifts and talents are used in a way that can only benefit you. So, today I hope this article helps you determine your uniqueness and so you can embrace your gifts!

First, acknowledgment! You must acknowledge all your gifts and all your talents. Good and bad. That’s right, even the ones you picked up along the way. The one’s you discovered in your pain. Acknowledge them so you can learn to Love them. This brings me to my second point…

You must learn to “Love your Uniqueness” and accept that you are different. Know that you are WONDERFULLY and perfectly made as you are right now!!! You are not your family, your friends, coworkers, or colleagues and that is okay. You may not have developed their gifts and talents, but you have your own attributes. You have qualities they don’t. Focus on yourself and learn to love yourself for how unique you truly are.

Third, you must forget the entire belief system that you have been living in. You must become NEW by rebirthing your true essence and embracing your true self. Your INNER BEING! By determining who that is, you can finally live the life you were meant to live! You inner being has ideas, emotions and an identity that is eager to thrive! It’s like, the real you inside is screaming because the life your living is not the life you know deep down to your core is the life your capable of having. There is more inside of you. That eagerness burning inside of you, can’t show up if you are too busy locking it in to everyone else’s philosophies. You must forget the dogma of those around you, and embrace your own principles, and live by those principles only.

When you open your heart to know yourself, you open yourself up to a whole new world. Here’s the thing, when you understand your pain and KNOW these three things, you step into an entirely different journey.

You Know how you got to “where you are”
You Know “why you are” unique
And You Know “who you are” meant to be

When you are aware, you can finally discover a new meaning for life, and make peace with yourself, your family, your friends, and everyone else around you. By discovering a new person inside of “YOU” and loving that person with intention for life, you will be able to accept others for who they can become, and not who they are currently.

You are not your circumstances and you are not limited to the world you see yourself in right now. You can have more! You can create a new life for yourself and for those around you. There is a light inside of you that is burning and yearning to come out! But the only way to really put it on display, is to recognize it for yourself. Reveal it to yourself first, than others will discover it too. Those close to you may not accept the new version of you in the beginning, and that is okay. If you are doing what feels good and right straight down to the very core of “your being”, you are safe to move forward without worry of judgment or discouragement!

You are safe to move forward without hesitation, without fear, without doubt and without the voices in your head telling you it is impossible or you are not qualified! Nothing is impossible for your unique journey, and you are qualified to be your unique self! Here are some steps to move you forward right now…

Write down your options
Ask your inner self (you don’t need permission or confirmation from others)
Get grounded with your own intentions
Eliminate distractions (anything that steers you in the opposite direction)
Exercise and eat something that will provide energy to your body and stimulate your brain
Get clarity and stay strong in your beliefs and keep the faith.

Listen, my faith gets me through every time! I may fall short, life might happen around me, and I may even stumble over a rock from time to time, but if I am connected to a higher source, (God, The Divine, the Universe, etc.) and that source will catch me every time! He will not forsake me, and he will always show me a better way. I know that deep down to my core, even when it is difficult to see for myself. I know sometimes it’s difficult to see over the mountain. But when we trust in the timing even though it is not NOW, better things come when you stop trying to control the universe. I “Believe” that I deserve success, therefore I will succeed. I Believe I will find true love therefore I will not settle for less, I believe I deserve all the things I desire in my heart. And even though I may not know exactly how I will acquire these things, I know I will receive all the blessings and more then I could imagine in my little mind.

You must believe, be grounded and have a strong foundation. And the only way to have all of that, is to determine your unique self and live the life you want, rather than the life everyone else wants. When you are connected to a higher source, you know that source will catch you and guide you no matter what. This gives you the confidence you need to move you forward.

However, you must be constantly be grounded within your own uniqueness. KNOWKING that Divine things are constantly working “for you”, and not against you. Stop thinking things are bad and realize these bad things happen for you in order to put you on YOUR right path. Listen, you can make your choices, but your purpose will always be trying to rise above to move you toward the life you truly desire inside.

In other words, what you are seeing as “bad things happening”, is only viewed like that because you are so busy living a life that everyone else planned for you. You’ve made decisions that brought you to this vary point! No, it is not the life you want! And therefore, nothing is going your way and you see everything happening as “bad” because it is not happening from your true essence, but in fact is happening because you are following someone else’s path. When you realize, everything happens FOR you, and NOT to you, life begins to flow! When you stop listening to the voices around you and embrace your unique self and you trust in instincts, I promise, the things that begin to happen will shape the life you have always wanted, and then some!

If you don’t determine your own gifts and talents now, and if you don’t embrace your uniqueness and weirdness, than you will always be living a life that is not yours and therefore you will always be living in lack and disapointment! You must begin living as if you KNOW everything is moving you forward. Good or Bad, you ARE moving forward!

You can make mistakes! It’s okay. Learn from them and move forward. Don’t sit in your mistakes letting it define you as a loser or failure. Get up, and you will persevere! Don’t be selfish and don’t take the easy route. Understand the process, grow within the Divine, and most important, Allow the Divine to grow IN and AROUND you. BELIEVE you deserve more! You are different and you are unique, but that is what makes you so special! Today is the day you discover greatness within!

So what! Yesterday was a bad day, it’s okay! Today you get to try again. Maybe that thing you wanted didn’t work last time! That’s okay! Today is a new day for new ideas! Today is the day you Embrace your unique spirit! Today is the day you stop listing to the voices in your head that say “you are not good enough”, “you’re not pretty enough”, “you’re not smart enough”, and “you’re not young enough”! Today is the day you say F That! Because you know “You ARE good enough”! “You ARE pretty enough”! “You ARE smart enough”! And yes “you ARE the perfect age today” to determine your unique self and live the life you want! Change comes when you decide to be changed! Change comes when you stop following the rest and you determine your unique self and take the chances today, to live the life you want tomorrow!

SIGNS YOU MIGHT BE AWAKENING

The awakening process kinda’ sucks! Or I could say “when you follow your intuition, life gets a little complicated”. What I am talking about is that moment when you know your different! That moment when you feel like a freaking crazy person! Like, everything you say or do people are like “umm?? huh? Standing there scratching their head looking at you like a mental case”! Seriously? Am I being irrational or is everyone else just unconsciously going through the motions of life?” It’s that feeling you get when your “changing” and the people around you just don’t get the “new you” at all? You Know what I am talking about! That feeling that has you believing in more, doing more, and yet it’s too hard to express yourself to those around you. Because every time you do….Well, you already know they will think your the weird one. Or they give you that look that comes across as “You’re insane!”

Do you have this sense of purpose straight down to the very core of your being, but you feel obliged to hide it away, to avoid hurting others? Are you experiencing a deep emotion inside of you that wants to crawl out of your skin, but you know if you said it audibly to the people around you, they would label you as crazy, insane, foolish, stupid or some other word that has “failure or loser” written all over it? Well that sucks! It’s like, “you know they’re going to have a ‘field day’ if you said or did what was really on your mind!” Yet, you still seek their approval. It’s like… “Ugh, wake up people! Life is meant to be lived and we are missing out!” Please don’t allow other people to dim your light!

If you said “Yes” to any of the above statements or questions, I want you to know that “I get you”! I get you, and you’re not alone! I know how it horrible it feels when you’ve found yourself in a place doing what everyone else in your life wants you to do, instead of doing the things that truly make sense to you. It’s like, “why do I always have to stay in the shadows, just to keep everyone else from getting their feelings hurt? Right? Well, you don’t! You are choosing to, but you don’t have to choose to anymore! It’s exhausting trying to keep that last bit of sanity, while people continue to “dumb down” everything in my great BIG world. And for what ? To boost themselves up, in their ordinary lives?Maybe I am just dreaming too big for their small minds! I don’t really know, but what I do know is that other people don’t have the vision that I have growing deep down to my very core, because they are not me! Likewise, those around you do have the same vision that you have deep down to the very core of your being! Bottom line! “They are sleep walking in their conventional existence, instead of waking up with intention!” My hope is those of you who are reading this make a decision today, to spend the rest of your days living in adventure, and with an eagerness for more!

Am I crazy or Are you just sleep walking?

Do you know what the opposite of sleep walking is? That’s right! “AWAKE!” Those of us that have experienced this “crazy awakening” process, have felt this sense of lack throughout most of our life. That lack comes from following everyone else. You know SLEEP WALKING. We have been listening to all the people who are just going through the motions, living in their predictable lifestyles, and belief systems. This is not a life most of us feel excited to “conform” to! As a result, sometimes we can end up outraged, indulging in sex, drugs, alcohol, gambling, or some other appetite to full fill our short lived satisfaction, that burns inside of us! Some of us have abandonment issues from childhood trauma. Or maybe we have been told we will need medications to maintain our mood swings or attitudes. Some of us even try serial dating or consume ourselves in work!

Whatever the case, there is a stigma in this world that if we are not all doing the same thing, or if we are different than the rest, we should be labeled and cast out at a “crazy person”! Well, I am here to encourage you to pursue your purpose. Awakening your dreams and live the life you want today! If you have a “sense” that there is MORE to your life, you think and feel different than those around you, and you see things differently, well, you are probably waking up to your true self, and I would love to see you step into that life!

If you have ever felt like you should be listening to that “still small voice inside of your head” that says, “I am not crazy, I am just ‘self-aware’ and everyone else around me is just stuck in their belief systems and routines”. Well, I am here to tell you YES! Yes, you need to be listening to that still small voice that screaming at you to be YOU! Just do all the things that feel right to you.

Okay, so I get it, being in that place where people don’t get you, really sucks! I know! And I know this because I’ve experienced it for most of my life. I always felt like there was more to this life. Like people never understood the words that came out of my mouth. No one understood that there was so much more to me! And I just always felt like a freaking ‘mental’ person! But,you know what sucked even worse? Every time I did try to step out into that “more” or be different than everyone else, my life came crumbling down on me even harder and my life would spiral out of control!

I serious began to believe I really was crazy! I literally believed it so much, that I let people put labels on me like “bipolar”, “depressed” and many others. Furthermore, I allowed them to put me on medications like Prozac. As if that shit was going to make me feel any better! “Yea lets call her bipolar and put her on drugs”. Yea, because everyone with mental issues can’t get a handle on your thoughts without drugs! LOL, yea we see how far that shit got me! Right? I found a new love for all kinds of pills. Any pill that numbed my reality! That was my life!

Okay, so now that I went off in a tangent, lets get back to “The Awaking vs The Unconscious”. So the ‘Norm’ was the average life everyone else was living! This feeling of ‘going through the motions of life and never really getting to any real destination’. That was it! That was the purpose of being here! The irony of all that makes me, “me”!!! I became who I am today, because of “All my Crazy”! I am who I am today, because I actually “WOKE UP” to this idea that we are not supposed to just reside in this world being average but, we are designed to live fully, experiencing the world in our greatest sense! No matter how out of sorts that may seem to everyone else around us! We each have a purpose and until you wake up to our true essence, we are just going to live a life completely unsatisfied! No one teaches us to embrace our true self, because that would be out of the norm. And that is just “CRAZY”. Well, I totally disagree.

OTHER SIGNS YOUR AWAKENING

Your drawn to nature
You realize the health of your body is important
You begin to dislike negative and unhappy people
Awareness of things that are unseen by others
Desire for community
You become more intuitive to people, places and things around you
Your not rushed and your world moves slower
Your at peace even in difficult times
You have an awareness and connection to nature and all living things
You feel different and frustrated with loved ones belief systems

WAKING UP & EMBRACING MY CRAZY

When we decide to wake up and embrace thy self, we find some pretty amazing things happen! I have encountered so many amazing people, places and things along my journey through this life, that they have literally impacted who I am today! Strangers who have encouraged, supported, and inspired me to expand my horizons! Strangers who hold no significance in my life personally, but have been some of the most crucial impacts to my character today. Animals like snakes, birds, lizards and crickets coming into my path or even annoying me to get my attention. Everyone and everything that happens along this journey has some impact and meaning in my life. And yes each one has motivated me or influences my character and the actions I take moving through my day. Those of you reading this, that follow me on social media and reach out to me and share your life with me, your interaction influences me too! When we are AWAKE, we realize the connection between everyone and everything in life. When we are awake, we see life in amazing colors.

Difficulty of Awakening

It’s not always easy, but I’ve learned that I must follow my own intuition and stop asking for everyone’s opinions. I only listen to the people who help me hold more weight in my current belief system. Realize that each season will change and so will your thoughts, ideas, actions and people that influence you. Always, remember that saying that reminds us “some people are in our life for a season, some for a reason, and some for a lifetime”. Constantly tell yourself “I no longer have to conform to the world, but I am free to live and experience the world any way I choose”! Eventually, the weight of fear, doubt, scarcity, and most of all that “label” that says I am “Crazy” or “unrealistic”, will melted away! The universe is always coming to us in to take on the burdens, and declared truth to us that says things like “You are the exception! You’re allowed to be the exception!”

Accept the signs that are given to you through everything and everyone. They are humans that send quotes that say things like, “The person who gets the furthest, is the one who is willing to do and dare”. It’s the song on the radio that says “You will never stop fighting for me”. It’s a lady at the grocery store that watches me and listens to my conversation with my daughters and turns to me to say “your a good mom”! It’s the message I listen to in the morning that says something that inspires me to do something different that day. It is you who follow me and comment on my blogs, videos and social media platforms that keeps me writing. When you are AWAKE, the Divine is everywhere always showing you a way through everything.

Nothing happens by chance

Here’s the thing, we can knock the dam door down, but if we don’t WAKE UP, we won’t see it! Even if it smacks us across the face! People who spoke life into me and helped me have the courage to proclaim the truth for my life, only came when I was open to it. I know now my purpose, but I could not have been “Found” if I stayed unconscious just going through the motions of life. Sleeping in my everyday life was unsatisfying and until I embraced my true self, and I embraced it, I couldn’t see the miracles that were already happening all around me!

So, wake up and be aware of the people that cross your path. Nothing happens by chance! Everything is moving you forward, but you have to be wake up to see it. Stop listening to the unconscious and listen to those little messengers that guide you and try to lead your way. When you are awake you’ll notice throughout our time here on earth, nothing happens by chance and EVERYTHING has a purpose.

So, to conclude this blog, be enough for yourself and embrace your “weird” and ignore the voices of those who live unconscious! Think of this, “The constant assurance that just because I believe in more, I have the right to become MORE” is true in every manner! This allows us to step into our purpose driven life! How uncanny, that book (“Purpose driven life”) is in my living room because it was given to me at the exact moment, in the exact time, I needed it. I believe in Divine events, so Divine events happen all the time. Believe in something big and big things will happen to you too!

There are constant reminders that the universe sends to guide us into our purpose. But if you are too busy taking on everyone else’s belief systems and listening to those who want to keep you in a state of unconsciousness (just going through the motions of life), you won’t hear that still small voice guiding your paths. Be Crazy enough to AWAKEN the brilliance that lives inside of you and believe in the brilliance that is YOU!
